Your Right to information
1-you have the right to know the hospital policy and responsibility.
2-you have the right to ask your physician for current information in understandable terms concerning your diagnosis, treatment, and anticipated outcome.
3-you have the right to review your medical file with your treating physician if needed according to hospital regulation.
4-you have the right to have the health care staff introduce themselves by names titles and positions.
5-you have the right to request and receive assistance in obtaining a consultation from another doctor at any time.
6-you have the right to complain and to have those complaints reviewed, and when possible, resolved.
7-you have the right to communicated with, inn a manner that is clear and understandable
.the patient should have access to an interpreter when needed.
8- You have the right to communicate with people outside the hospital and to have visitors according to the hospital s visiting policy.
9-you have the right to be informed about your hospital bill before procedure.
10-in the case of transfer to another hospital, you have the right to a full explanation of the need for this transfer.
11-you have the right to refuse treatment and to leave the Hospital against medical advice to the extent permitted by law. If you leave the hospital against advice, neither the hospital nor your doctor will be responsible for any harm that occurs to you or to others to you or to others as result of this action .
12- You have the right to refuse to participate in any research (AMGH not applied any medical or pharmacological researches) .
